Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

 

Orders placed between Monday-Friday, excluding holidays will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Excluding pre-orders. See product details for additional information on pre-orders.

2. Shipping Methods

 

We offer standard shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

3. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number through our website or the respective courier's website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

 

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and select international locations. Please note that some products may have restrictions on shipping to certain regions due to regulations or safety concerns.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

 

We want you to love your Propre Body Care purchase and aim for 100% client satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days of receiving it to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive back and inspect your return, a refund or exchange product will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@proprebodycare.com with your order number in subject, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange request. Our team will guide you through the process from there.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error made by Propre Body Care.
